1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using our photo editing and enhancement services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Intellectual Property & Rights

You retain all original copyright to the unedited photos you submit to us. By submitting photos, you grant us a temporary license to edit, alter, and return those images to you.

Upon full payment, you are granted a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the final edited deliverables for your listing and marketing purposes. If a refund is issued, this license is immediately revoked.

3. Delivery Timelines

We strive to deliver all edited photos within 24 to 48 hours depending on your selected tier. Complex requests or excessively large batches may require additional time, which will be communicated promptly.

4. Usage of Portfolio

We respect your privacy and the privacy of your properties. We will never use your submitted or finalized photos in our public portfolio or marketing materials without your explicit, written consent.
