Our Satisfaction Promise
If your photos need adjustments, we will revise them at no extra charge (up to your tier's revision limit).
If we still cannot get it right after the revision, we will refund you in full.
1. What We Refund
- Quality issue: Enhanced photos don't meet the quality promised (e.g., blurry, distorted, wrong style, artifacts).
- Brief mismatch: Result doesn't match the brief you provided (e.g., you asked for "warmer tones" and we delivered "cooler tones").
- Delivery failure: Photos not delivered within the promised timeframe without prior notice.
- Technical issue: Files are corrupted, wrong format, wrong resolution, or otherwise unusable.
2. The "Live Listing" Exception (No Refunds)
Refunds are immediately voided if you upload the photos to a live listing or platform.
Once the photos are live on Airbnb, VRBO, Zillow, or any other public-facing platform, the 3-day refund window closes immediately. This protects us from the "use the photos, get a refund" abuse pattern. Photos are licensed for use only when the order is paid in full.
3. Other Cases Where We Don't Refund
- Change of mind after delivery, when the result is reasonable quality and matches the brief.
- Requests made more than 3 days after delivery.
- Revisions requested beyond your purchased tier limit.
- Subjective dissatisfaction without a specific issue.
- Customer-side source issues (e.g. extremely low-quality or out-of-focus original images).
4. How to Request a Refund
- Message us via your purchasing platform or at hello@pixelpolish.art within 3 days of delivery.
- Tell us specifically what went wrong (e.g., "The kitchen photo has visible distortion around the cabinets").
- We will respond within 24 hours with either a revision (at no charge) or a full refund.
Note: If a refund is issued, all usage rights to the edited photos are revoked. You must remove the photos from any live listing or marketing material within 7 days.
