Your email address is used strictly for transactional communication regarding your order, delivery of finalized assets, and customer support. Your photos are used exclusively for the purpose of professional enhancement as requested.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Data Retention & Deletion

We maintain strict data hygiene. All original source files and final delivered assets are permanently deleted from our servers 7 days after delivery. If you lose your final files after this 7-day period, we will not be able to recover them.

4. Payment Processing

We do not store your credit card information. All payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment gateways (Stripe, PayPal, Wise, Fiverr, Upwork, Etsy) which adhere to strict PCI-DSS compliance standards.
